89th Walter Kirby Music Competition
Walter Kirby - A night of musical excellence!
The night showcased an exceptional array of musical talent from students in Years 7 to 13, featuring everything from captivating vocal and instrumental solos to dynamic duets and group performances. The standard of musicianship was remarkably high, making the task of judging particularly challenging for our guest judge, Bev Brockelbank, Head of Music at St Mary’s College.
Our music prefects and senior students did a fantastic job keeping the audience engaged and informed throughout the evening, both onstage and behind the scenes.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to the dedicated group of parents who generously provided food and refreshments, your support helped make the evening even more special. It was a memorable celebration of talent, teamwork, and the joy of music.
