Payment Methods

Payments can be made online using a Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) or ‘Payment on pickup” allows you to pay upon collection at the on-site Uniform Shop with cash or EFTPOS. 


Collection of items

All orders can be collected from the on-site Uniform Shop during store opening hours, during term time only. You will receive a notification email when the order is ready for collection. If the items are in stock, orders placed in the morning are typically ready for collection by the end of the same day. All orders placed on a Wednesday (shop closed) will be ready for collection on Thursday. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday will be ready for collection on the next business day.

Orders placed during the Uniform Shop Christmas close-down period will be processed and available for collection during the first week of our return.


Delivery

Delivery within New Zealand is only available for selected Memorabilia and Supporters Gear items

Delivery Time – We will do our utmost to process and arrange delivery of your purchase within 3-5 business days from receipt of your order and payment.

Address – Delivery can be made to a street/rural address in New Zealand. We cannot deliver to a PO Box. There is a standard $5 shipping charge per order, which will be itemised on the order prior to being completed. Delivery will be sent using a tracked service. A rural address will incur an additional charge of $4.

Undeliverable parcel – Please ensure the correct address details are provided as we are unable to take responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect or insufficient delivery information. Parcels which are returned as undeliverable will incur a re-despatch fee. Postage charges paid for the original despatch are not refundable.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items – Notification of damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by the Uniform Shop within 48hours of receipt of the parcel. Should the parcel contain a damaged or faulty item, please contact the Uniform Shop immediately for instructions on how to return the goods. Telephone: 09 5293669 or email [email protected] 

Postage Costs – Prices and shipping costs are stated in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

International delivery – Delivery to an address outside of New Zealand is quoted on request. Please contact the Uniform Shop directly. 


Exchanges and Refunds

Exchanges can be made, provided the following are met:

1.    Original proof of purchase is presented.

2.    Items must be in original, unused and resalable condition.

3.    Damaged, worn or named garments will not be exchanged or refunded.

4.    Exchange or refund is to be made within 30 days of original purchase.

5.    The shipping cost of returning the item will be at the customer’s own expense, unless an item is faulty and in this case please call us to arrange the return. Notification of damaged or incorrect garments must be received by the Uniform Shop within 48 hours of purchase.

6.    We are unable to refund any postage or packaging costs incurred. 

7.    When returning items by post please ensure they are securely packaged and addressed to:

8.    Any refunds approved, will be processed by the original means of payment, i.e. Credit Card or Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard) or Eftpos. Refunds cannot be processed as cash, however we can hold a credit note against a student’s account. 

9.    Please note that we do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, please choose carefully. If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

10.    We are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, please follow the washing instructions carefully.


Special Orders

We are happy to make special garments that meet the following criteria:

1.    Size – Our standard size range can vary. Normally we cater for sizes 8-4XL, therefore anything outside of these sizes is classified as a special garment.

2.    Extra Length – Blazers, Shorts, Trousers, Shirts and Polos can be supplied with a lengthened sleeve or body, provided the extension is longer than 4cm.

Note: Adjustments to Blazers will incur a $20 Surcharge

Please allow at least two weeks for delivery of special garments and up to six weeks for special blazers.

What we can’t do:

  • Alter collar sizes or shapes
  • Take in or let out garments
  • Make a special garment based solely on body measurements provided


Repairs

We guarantee to repair garments where a manufacturing, fabric or trim defect has arisen within six months of purchase. If a repair is not possible, we will replace the garment. We do not guarantee against damage caused by normal wear and tear. We require that any garment returned for repair is freshly washed and in a clean state for hygiene reasons.


Modification of Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
